  • Privately paying clients (with or without private health extras cover) - no referral required

  • Insurance clients (workcover, TAC, CTP) - need GP referral and claim number

  • Medicare (Chronic disease management plan) referrals - gap payment required

  • Department of Veteran affairs (DVA) - D904 GP referral needed
